Success Stories

Aslyum Granted. Our client, a young woman from Guatemala, was placed into immigration court proceedings after presenting herself at the US Mexico border. She was fleeing Guatemala after her sister was targeted by criminal elements seeking to exploit her for sex trafficking. After a four year wait for an individual trial, our attorney presented extensive arguments and evidence for why she should be granted asylum. After a hard fought hearing, the judge granted our asylum claim. She will now be able to begin a new life in the United States free from fear of having to return to her home country.

Cancelation of Removal Granted. Our a client, a middle aged man from Mexico, was placed into deporation proceedings after being stopped for a broken tail light and being transferred to ICE custody. Our client had lived and worked in the United States for over 20 years. He had two children born here in the United States and a thriving business. We fought to prevent his deportation based on the exceptional hardship that his US born children would experience if he were deported back to Mexico. After a lengthy trial that included extensive briefing and witness testimony directed by our founding attorney, the immigration judge granted our claim. Now our client can continue his pursuit of the American Dream without the fear of being deported.

Withholding of Removal Granted. Our client, a young man from India, was placed into deportation proceedings after being caught attempting to cross the United States Mexico border. After lengthy court proceedings where we submitted expert testimony in addition to our arguments, the immigration judge granted our client’s withholding of removal claim based on the violence he suffered for being a member of an opposition politcal party in India. Now our client can remain in the United States free from fears of being deported.
